Our Terms ~ They're Fairly Simple ~ By Signing Up, You Are Agreeing To Them

This site was intended for exchanging traffic. It provides a free service that webmasters and advertisers the world over need and use. Members can earn free traffic by surfing and viewing other members' sites. If a member so desires, s/he can purchase pageviews or upgraded memberships in lieu of surfing. Free members are allowed to advertise 6 websites (URLs) and unlimited banners. If you would like to advertise unlimited URLs, you will have to upgrade to a paid membership.

By signing up you agree to receive emails from the site's admin from time to time. Should you no longer wish to receive messages, you must delete your account.

The sites in our rotation belong to our members, and we make no endorsement as to the accuracy of any statement or claim made by any website being advertised at our sites. HyperSpeedHits.com, Edenday.org and its proprietors are indemnified from all claims of damage or loss made against any of the sites in our rotation or any of the sites advertised in our network.

Retaining your membership is contingent upon keeping a valid email address listed for your account (Note: No Auto-responders!), keeping your account active by logging in at least once every 90 days, and not submitting any site that violates our terms. Additionally, each member is allowed only one (1) account. You may not refer yourself or an alias to our program. Any suspected multiple accounts will be deleted as soon as they are found. You agree that the site's admin may remove your account at any time if you violate our terms of service in any way, or for any other reason deemed necessary by the site admin.

You agree to treat the site's admin with respect in any communications you may have with said individual. Keep in mind, you are using a FREE service. You are OWED NOTHING for said FREE service. You choose to use our site at your own risk. If you threaten, harass, demean, or seek to harm the reputation of this site or its owner, your account will be deleted. 

From time to time, service outages are possible. In the rare instance that the site should become unavailable, your patience is appreciated until service is restored. We make no warrantee that the function and services provided in this site will be uninterrupted or error free.

Sites We Do Not Allow ~ Do Not Submit Them ~ Your Sites and/or Account Will Be Deleted With All Credits Lost!

- Sites with pop ups / pop unders / exit pops or prompts/ message boxes / prompts to add to favorites, etc.

- Framebreakers ~ Sites with a script that makes the active page redirect the user by taking over the surf bar frame

- Sites with sound, including autoplay videos, sound effects, music, or recorded spoken word

- Redirects - Any site that uses a secondary URL in place of the originating URL (e.g. TinyURL, HotShortURL)

- Rotators - Any site that cycles through more than one page as the URL is loaded (e.g. FreeRotator, PageSwirl)

- Warez, Hacker, Hate or Racist sites will not be allowed

- Adult content, nudity, pornography

- Sites with viruses, malware or adware, or any other site that tries to force downloads on the viewer

- Sites with iFrames (hidden frames in the page) or frame-in-frame sites

- PTP sites (very disruptive!) or any kind of promotion page which loads different pages on each opening ~ no frame-in-frame sites allowed

We may, at any time, make changes to these terms, which take effect immediately, without giving any prior notice. You agree to abide by any future changes to our terms.
